As an enthusiastic FSA participant, I benefit enormously from this well-integrated app. Being able to use my phone’s camera to process receipts saves me much time that used to be spent scanning PDFs or creating them from images. The app just takes the jpeg file perfectly. The service processes claims very promptly and direct deposit in my bank account is very reliable. I appreciate that it uses Apple’s facial recognition function for login to provide extra protection for my medical receipts. This really helps me take care of my family. THANK YOU!

The Optum Financial app is so easy to use. Uploading FSA and DCAP documents, including receipts and forms, for either reimbursement or outright payment is a breeze. Taking photos using your phone is so great vs. scanning hard copies. The claim status list is straightforward so you know which claims are taking longer to process and when the claims have been paid. Email notifications of when money is getting paid into your bank account as reimbursements are helpful. I highly recommend using this app.

Super user friendly application that allows easy uploads of receipts and documentation. My favorite feature has to be the “pay the provider” option. Many times doctors/dentists add charges to my bill and this feature allows me to pay them directly vs traveling to their office to pay it or log into their bill pay feature with random codes, etc.

This app is as effective as your online banking app. It takes images of receipts and you can match them to transactions super fast - even more so than on a desktop. Both are solid - This functions like a banking app. You can keep receipts linked with transactions and the out of pocket flies into your checking account with ease. Really impressed with this and the functionality and design. Pretty cool. Exceeds expectations.

I had paid several medical bills out of pocket while waiting for my HSA debit card to arrive. Got the app and when the card arrived linked account, entered some basic information about the charges, took photos of the receipts using the the app, submitted- and done! Super easy to use! Easy to track your spending. Very user friendly.

The App takes a few minutes to set up, but once you get done, Wow! Your medical bill comes, you select who to pay, when and how much and for what reason. By the way, everything is multiple choice! Last step, take a photo of the actual bill or upload your own copy from an email or whatever; so many options. And finally, select SUBMIT! Within 72 hours you’ll know if your payment is approved. Very convenient. I’ve paid only 3 bills with it so far and it’s a snap and done sort of deal now. No more stamps and envelopes. However I did notice it took a bit longer for the bill to be ACTUALLY PAID than I anticipated. So make sure you pay the bill fast, because it took nearly 3 weeks for one of my bills to get paid. I even got a call from my doctors office asking where was my co-pay? I told them I paid it through this app, and I was happily informed that this is normal. Apparently my clinic is use to dealing with bill paying agencies and are very familiar with this App! So that’s another WIN in my book!

Very easy to use once you understand the can / can nots. All doctor bills come out of HRA until depleted then they use FSA. Not all items are can be purchased with card. I usually take to counter and pay with card, if item is not allowed card will not go through. If it does hold on to receipts, once item shows on account submit your receipts.

I found this app awesome functional to users. It is very convenient to any body . I am thankful for this app which let me claim or reimbursement super easy . App software works excellent in terms of speed performance and other options available. It saves time to make call customer agent for most prescription related questions and request reimbursement fund.

Connect your Care makes it simple and easy for its customers to submit claims. Early on we had some issues but they seem to be resolved and I just installed the app today and it couldn’t be easier. It said there was an error but looks like it went through.

Connect your care service is an awesome feature. The app makes it extremely easy to process claims, keep up with your payments, very accurate. Everything done in timely manner and they even notify you of each of the steps that are and have been completed. I am overall satisfied with their service.

So easy to submit claims and pay myself back. Loading documents is so simple. The only thing that was confusing is it wasn’t intuitive how to make a payment to myself. I kept looking for a button to “reimburse” myself. Overall it’s a great app especially for the healthcare industry! Lol

I like everything about it!!!! It is user friendly. It has face recognition, so I do not have to worry about forgetting my password (best feature). It is very clear in it’s prompts for needed information.

Also, very easy to follow up on claim status. I also love the direct deposit option.

Simple and easy to use app. The only thing I’d say, which is not a negative is I wish they had the QR reader/scanner so you don’t have to manually type in your physician information. However, you only have to type it once and it’s saved.
