Introducing the myCYC Mobile App and CYC Portal

When balancing everything you have going on in your life — family, fun, hobbies, work. You need smart tools that save you time so you can focus on the things that are most important.

Use ConnectYourCare at home, at work, or on the go.

myCYC, our mobile app, puts all your account information at your fingertips. See Account balances as soon as you log in, and swipe through accounts for more details.

  • Need to make a payment? Just tap to pay a provider or yourself. Enter a few pieces of information about your payment, then, upload a picture of your documentation And that’s it!
  • Want to review payments or contributions? Tap transactions for all your account activity and search or filter to find specific information.
  • Looking for the status of your claims? Tap to view all claims, or those that require more information. And there’s more – tap the menu for everything else you need– from Direct Deposit to FAQs.

When you prefer to access your account from your desktop, you’ll find the same ease and convenience in the CYC Portal.

  • Balances and other important information, like recent account activity, are displayed on the main page, and you can easily view each account by clicking on the account tab. There’s a helpful dropdown with links to popular pages and actions.
  • Need to make a payment? Like with the mobile app, just click to pay a provider or reimburse yourself. Enter a few pieces of information about your payment, then upload your documentation. It’s quick and easy.
  • Looking for claims details? The claims menu lets you quickly get to all claims information. Stay connected – be sure to check your inbox for messages and announcements.
  • There’s also lots of helpful information – from guides and tips to calculators, videos and forms.
  • And if you ever need help, a link to FAQs and the number to our 24-hour Care Center is on every page under “Help.”
  • Be sure to set your personal preferences, like direct deposit and text alerts, so that your account is customized just the way you want.
