ConnectYourCare Presents Innovative Approach to Consumer Engagement at Microsoft’s 2013 Health & Life Sciences Executive Forum

Industry leaders join Microsoft to discuss healthcare incentives, information, and tools that help create “The Activated, Engaged and Accountable Consumer”

HUNT VALLEY, Md., April 23, 2013

ConnectYourCare’s CEO, Jamie Spriggs, and Vice President of Product Development, Dan Stachura, presented “Smart Technology Solutions that Drive Real Change” to leaders from the health plan, provider and life sciences industries on Wednesday, April 10, 2013 during Microsoft’s 2013 Health & Life Sciences Executive Forum in Chicago, IL. The focus of this year’s invitation-only forum was “The Activated, Engaged and Accountable Consumer,” and discussions centered on how technology can help motivate consumers to manage their health, health risks and conditions, as well as navigate the complex care delivery system.

“Our innovative platform revolutionizes the tedious, multi-step experience of yesterday with instantaneous solutions for today’s consumers,” said Spriggs. “As employers move aggressively toward account-based healthcare as the solution to mitigate rising healthcare costs, our accessible and convenient technology features enable and empower individual control over health spending.”

Microsoft’s Executive Forum was created at the request of top executives to bring together stakeholders and decision makers from health and life sciences organizations to share success stories and best practices that activate and engage patients.
