ConnectYourCare named Julie M. Linn as the company’s new Chief Compliance Officer. Ms. Linn, who most recently served as Vice President of Regulatory Compliance for Green Dot, as a dual officer for both Green Dot Bank (a state-chartered member bank) and Green Dot Corporation (the bank’s holding company), began her role on December 29, 2014.

“We are thrilled to have Julie join us as our new CCO,” said Steve Grieco, ConnectYourCare’s Chief Executive Officer. “ConnectYourCare sits at the intersection of health care, banking and technology. As we continue to deliver the highest strategic impact for our clients, Julie’s expertise is a critical lever for employers moving to high deductible health plans – and those taking full advantage of account-based health care. We’re very excited about the value Julie will bring to our clients and the market overall.”

In her role, Ms. Linn will be responsible for refining ConnectYourCare’s corporate compliance standards and ensuring that those standards, as well as applicable laws and regulations, are met by all areas of the company.

Prior to joining Green Dot in 2011, Ms. Linn was a Divisional Compliance Director for Walmart Inc., where she was responsible for operational compliance risk for a $23 billion segment of the business. Previous to that role, she spent 5 years as the Head of U.S. Regulatory Compliance for PayPal and was a member of eBay’s legal team. Ms. Linn also has legal experience at sizable firms, as in-house counsel, as well as in private practice consulting.

After receiving her Bachelor’s degree with honors, Ms. Linn was selected by the U.S. Department of Justice to participate in the U.S. Attorney’s Law Honors Program in Washington, DC.
