Asset Health and ConnectYourCare Partner to Create Integrated Health Account and Wellness Rewards Solution

HUNT VALLEY, Md., May 02, 2014

Asset Health, a recognized leader in integrated employee health and wellness programs and strategies, selected ConnectYourCare, the nation’s leading consumer directed health care (CDH) account administrator, as its partner for its new integrated health account and wellness rewards management solution.

Asset Health’s wellness incentives and rewards program seamlessly integrates ConnectYourCare’s Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), and Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), empowering forward-thinking employers to cement the connection between employee health, wellbeing and responsibility.

“The market is demanding a comprehensive solution directly tying health, wellness and rewards to employee wellbeing. Our integrated Asset Health Rewards solution is a one-stop shop for companies realizing that employee knowledge, action and empowerment is the future of health care cost and value management,” said David E. Wilson, Founder and CEO of Asset Health.

Through the partnership, Asset Health’s whole-person centered wellness incentives and rewards platform will provide Asset Health Reward accounts optimized with ConnectYourCare’s platform technology, including multi-purse account administration, advanced debit card transactions with automatic substantiation, industry-leading claims processing times, mobile applications and two-way mobile texting.

“Employers wanting to control health care costs need to successfully engage their employees. In this partnership, ConnectYourCare ensures financial engagement and Asset Health provides wellness engagement. The result is a powerful combination empowering greater employee health and wealth,” said James C. Simmons, Interim CEO of ConnectYourCare.

“As an innovator in knowledge management and health care strategy, we searched for a partner with the same pioneering spirit to drive real change and value” said Wilson. “Not only did we discover that ConnectYourCare had the premier account technology in the market, but we also found them to be a fellow visionary with real-world impact.”
The ConnectYourCare/Asset Health solution will be fully operational for all markets by June 1, 2014.
