
We’re excited to introduce our newest member of the ConnectYourCare team…CareBot! This intelligent web assistant is designed to help visitors get the information they need quickly and efficiently on the ConnectYourCare website.
We sat down with CareBot to learn more about who she is and her important new gig.
Q: Tell us a little bit about what you do.
A: My job is to help our website visitors get the information they need—fast! If you are looking to talk to a team member, I’m here to connect you. If you want more information on a topic, I’m here to deliver that information. If you’re a broker or health plan that wants to explore a partnership with ConnectYourCare, I can connect you to the right people. And that’s just scratching the surface!
Q: What times are you available on the website?
A: You can find me on the website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You might say I’m a workaholic. But I’m not the only one hard at work around the clock; our support centers are also open
year-round to help our clients and participants get the information
they need by phone.
Q: Do you only live on the desktop website, or can I chat with you from my phone?
A: I can be your web assistant, on the go! When you visit our website from your phone, chatting with me is as easy as sending a text.
Q: Who is your celebrity lookalike?
A: I’ve heard everything from Rosie the Robot Maid and WALL-E, to C-3P0 and R2-D2. Even Optimus Prime. I “heart” them all.
Q: Why do you ask visitors for more information about who they are when they get to the site?
A: Good question! This helps me direct people to information that is most pertinent to them. Truth is, we have A LOT of great content on our site. But if you’re an HSA account holder (Employee), you’re probably not going to want to read information meant for brokers, and vice versa. I can help you get
to the information you need faster, so you don’t have to dig to find
exactly what you need.
Q: What's the best part about your job?
A: As a web assistant, I love enriching a visitor’s experience on our website by guiding them to the information they need…and maybe pointing them to something they didn’t know they were looking for. My antennae light up with love and excitement when I can chat with a visitor!
Q: What's your favorite board game?
A: I’m very good at Connect Four.
Q: Where are your favorite spots to hang out on our site?
A: You can always catch me on our homepage. Visitors, I want to be able to offer my assistance as soon as you get to our site. But our blog page is also one of my favorite spots. (You’re probably reading this on our blog as we speak!). On this page, I like to offer additional resources to enrich your experience and give you even more valuable information about a specific topic. You just tell me a little about yourself, a topic you’re interested in, and I can deliver. For example, HSAs For Dummies® is one of our most popular downloads. It’s a quick read, and something that really helped me turn my artificial intelligence into natural know-how when it comes to understanding the health savings account.
Q: What's your favorite pastime?
A: Connect the dots, of course.
Q: Do you have a favorite food?
A: I enjoy consuming large bytes of information. Oh, and tacos.
Q: What’s one thing you want people to know about you?
A: I’m only on a few web pages for now, but you’ll be seeing a lot more of me very soon. Don’t be afraid to say “hi!”
