But Kristyn Lewis, Benefits Manager, is up to the task.
When Staffmark merged with its sister company, Advantage Resourcing, each company had their own third-party benefits administrator—which in turn, complicated the benefits operations for Lewis. To streamline the tax-advantaged benefits of both companies, it was time to seek out a single administrator that could bring their benefits offerings under one umbrella.
When Staffmark teamed up with ConnectYourCare, they knew it was the right solution for their huge employee base. The company now uses nearly all ConnectYourCare products and services, including health savings accounts (HSAs), flexible spending accounts (FSAs), dependent care FSAs, health reimbursement arrangements (HRAs), commuter benefits, and COBRA administration.
Staffmark has been with ConnectYourCare for over a year now—since January 2019. For Lewis, having one administrator for all services, and one dedicated account manager to go to for all her needs, has simplified her day-to-day administrative workload.
