I am always on the go. What is the best way for me to stay up-to-date and manage my account effectively?

Go mobile! Our secure, interactive CYC Mobile app allows you to manage your account from your smartphone or tablet. To download the app, search for “ConnectYourCare” or “CYC Mobile” in the iPhone App Store, Android Market, or Windows App Store. You can also upload documentation using your phone’s camera. Additionally, accessing your online account provides valuable information at your fingertips, such as your account balance, claim info and FAQs. How do I reset my password?

You can change your personal password in our account login portal. Our login process protects the privacy and security of your personal information.

To change your password, access the Forgot Your Password link on the website. Enter the necessary information to identify your account to receive the requested information. A temporary password will be emailed to the email address on record; be sure to check your junk email folder just in case. Alternatively, you can call our automated attendant at 877-292-4040 and select the option to reset your password through that means or request to speak to an agent. Please note, the temporary password is only valid for 24 hours. Your password is case sensitive.

How do I receive my FSA funding from my employer?

When you have an eligible health care expense, pay for them with your payment card, or pay out-of-pocket and request reimbursement online. Remember to always keep your receipts. Receipts must include name of provider, date, cost and type of service and who received the service. Log on to your online account or use the CYC Mobile App and visit the Payments & Reimbursements section. Submit a request for reimbursement if your payment was out-of-pocket, or simply upload your receipts if the purchase was made using a payment card.

How do I receive my HRA funding from my employer?

Once your plan becomes effective, you will have access to the account. You can also pay for eligible expenses with any other form of payment and request reimbursement from your account.

How do I receive my HSA funding from my employer?

You will receive a payment card to access your HSA. You can use your HSA to pay for eligible expenses incurred any time after you opened your HSA, there is no time limit. When you have an eligible health care expense, pay for them with your payment card, or pay out-of-pocket and request reimbursement online or using our CYC Mobile app. Remember to always keep your receipts.
