CDH Express for Small Groups

Consumer-Directed Healthcare (CDH) products from ConnectYourCare are easy to select, set up and manage. CDH Express, designed for employers with approximately less than 200 employees, provides an online enrollment system which completely automates the process from initial plan setup through open enrollment for employees and distribution of the cards.

In just a few simple steps, employers can use CDH Express to:

• Establish an employer account with ConnectYourCare
• Download employee communications designed to limit questions and drive uptake
• Enroll employees in Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs), and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs)

When the setup process is complete, employers and enrolled employees receive email confirmation of enrollment and instructions for accessing accounts and health education tools online in the CDH Portal.

Employers can now manage their company's account online using the Employer Dashboard, and employees receive their healthcare payment in the mail within two weeks!
