A pioneer in account-based health plan administration, Tom Santi is at the forefront of the implementation of the next generation of CDH platforms. As Vice President of Process Development and Strategic Relations, Tom is responsible for process improvement and managing key provider relationships on behalf of ConnectYourCare.
An accomplished, results-oriented senior leader with demonstrated operations, management and client service expertise, Tom joined ConnectYourCare from Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. where he was Senior Vice President, Health Benefit Services. While there, he was instrumental in the development and rapid growth of Well's CDH business. Tom's recent CDH experience builds on a career of strategic positions in employee benefits with banks and consulting firms. Prior to managing Health Benefit Services, Tom managed multiple groups and led several key consolidation projects in Wells' Retirement Plan Services group. Before Wells, Tom was a Manager and Consultant with Hewitt Associates.
Tom is a talented visionary who can address complex, cross-functional projects and has an excellent understanding of CDH accounts.
Tom graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Alma College and is a Certified Financial Planner™.
