Terry Hunter is an advocate for driving positive change in healthcare through consumerism and enabling employers to transition to a Consumer-Directed Healthcare (CDH) model. Under his leadership, ConnectYourCare has developed a CDH solution that is quickly becoming the platform of choice for health plans, financial institutions, TPAs and employers desiring a robust administrative solution to manage tax-advantaged health accounts...HSAs, HRAs and FSAs. Terry leads the company’s drive to bring consumers to the forefront of health care finance decisions, providing them with the tools and education to make better informed decisions, and to realize Health = Wealthsm.
With over thirty years of experience in benefits and HR consulting and software integration, Terry has spearheaded change in private and public companies, as well as three successful start-ups. Prior to ConnectYourCare, as CEO of Cap Gemini's IT services subsidiary, Sogeti USA, Terry led the restructuring of North American operations. As President of Renaissance Worldwide's Global Solutions business, Terry doubled revenues to over $180M in two years. As an entrepreneur, Terry founded and was CEO of The Hunter Group, Inc., a global enterprise software consultancy and ERP implementer sold to Renaissance Worldwide in 1998. Before founding The Hunter Group, he was Managing Director, Alexander & Alexander's Employee Information Systems business and a Vice President at Benefacts, Inc. a pioneer in employee benefits administration and communications.
