J. Marc Palmer serves as the chief executive officer for ConnectYourCare, a CDH industry leader in providing administration for account-based health plans and supplying tools for consumers to better manage their healthcare dollars. Marc is a healthcare industry thought leader with a passion for helping plan sponsors simplify complex health benefit concepts, motivate individuals to act, and execute successful solutions, resulting in long-term health benefits and cost containment.
Prior to his current role, Marc held a number of executive positions at Express Scripts, a Fortune 130 Pharmacy Benefit Manager. As president and general manager for the labor division, he was responsible for managing all aspects of sales and account management for union and union affiliated funds and small government organizations. He has also served as a regional marketing director, general manager of the self-funded and carrier division, and vice president of business development.
Prior to joining Express Scripts, Marc was a senior vice president for Capitol America Life Insurance Company, Inc. He also worked as senior vice president of North American sales for Sunar Hauserman, Inc.
Marc earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism and public relations from the University of Southern California.
