A leader in Consumer-Directed Healthcare (CDH) implementation, Karen has unparalleled expertise in executing large-scale full replacement CDH. As Vice President, Major Accounts, Karen oversees platform implementation and executes project plans on behalf of the nation’s largest banks, investment firms and employers.
With a successful track record as a new business and project manager for multi-million dollar accounts, Karen is a dynamic results oriented implementation executive. Her experience includes the management of one of the nation’s largest full replacement CDH projects for more than ten thousand enrollees.
In the previous 10 years as an HRIS implementation consultant, she managed large-scale projects for employers such as Nextel, the IRS, and Host Marriott. Earlier in her career, she was a 401(k) implementation consultant for William M. Mercer.
Karen is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist and a seasoned spokesperson. She can address implementation project challenges and opportunities.
Karen earned an MBA at the University of Chicago and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Furman University.
