Deborah Godes – Vice President, Healthcare Industry Practice
Deborah Godes is instrumental in managing the transition of the nation’s health plans to Consumer-Directed Healthcare.  With first hand knowledge and an in-depth understanding of health plan challenges and expectations, Deborah plays a key role in enhancing ConnectYourCare’s relationships with health plan providers.  As vice president of the Healthcare Industry Practice, Deborah directs the development of ConnectYourCare’s product features and manages the health plan partner programs.

A manager at Deloitte Consulting, Deborah was in the Health Care and Life Science practice where she designed and implemented consumer-directed products at large and regional health carriers.  While there, she directed the launch of a high deductible-based product and HSA-qualified health plan for a 500,000-member regional health plan.  Throughout her career, Deborah has managed numerous successful launches of HSA and HRA plans.    

Deborah is a powerful spokesperson and can address product design and implementation, corporate strategy development, business process redesign, data forecasting, and market and competitive analyses.

Deborah holds a Bachelor of Arts from Princeton University and an MBA in Healthcare management from The Wharton School.
