As Vice President of Client Services, Chad Wetzel manages all client-related operations, which includes broker and client management, compliance, claims and customer service. A pioneer in client service delivery, Chad brings more than 15 years experience in the outsourced benefits industry to ConnectYourCare.

Prior to joining ConnectYourCare, Chad was the Vice President of Operations at AgilityHR, a full-service Human Resources outsourcing and employer services organization. While there, Chad held multiple high-level executive positions and oversaw the Administrative Services Division and client service delivery for more than 300 clients. Chad’s diverse expertise includes sales, sales management, system implementation, operations and client service.

Chad earned an Executive MBA from Loyola College and a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
