As Vice President of Marketing for ConnectYourCare, Carrie Mueller is responsible for setting the organization’s marketing strategy and overseeing marketing operations, including product marketing, communications, and sales support. In this role, Carrie helps drive new business while helping the organization continuously innovative to support existing clients and members.
Carrie has extensive experience in the healthcare industry with particular expertise in creating effective consumer communications. Prior to her current role, Carrie held a number of executive positions at Express Scripts. As Vice President of Consumer Engagement, Carrie co-founded the Center for Cost-Effective Consumerism, an effort dedicated to providing better health and value to consumers and plan sponsors through an advanced understanding of consumer behavior. She also managed the consumer web experience on express-scripts.com and product suites for high deductible health plans.
Carrie has also served as Vice President of Channel Management, leading the product management organization covering six key areas including prescription distribution, segment management, and market intelligence. Prior to joining Express Scripts, Carrie was an executive at AT&T (formerly SBC Communications) where she served as a leader in Marketing, Strategy and Operations.
