As Senior Vice President of Account Management, Barbara Cummons Boudreau is responsible for leading all strategic account management and client relationship efforts at ConnectYourCare. With more than twenty years of experience in healthcare, Barbara is uniquely qualified to oversee critical responsibility of maintaining and growing the company’s strategic relationships with large clients. By focusing on stewardship, Barbara’s team consults on ConnectYourCare’s solutions by helping clients increase account participation and employee engagement.

Prior to joining ConnectYourCare, Barbara owned and managed Bay Benefits, LLC where she worked as a healthcare consultant and broker.  Previously, she held management positions with the brokerage firm Willis and Hilb, Rogal and Hamilton, as well as Paul Revere and First Health insurance companies.  

Barbara holds numerous industry designations including: Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Registered Health Underwriter (RHU), Health Insurance Associate (HIA), and Fellow, Life Management Institute (FLMI).

Barbara earned a Masters degree in Business Administration from Nichols College and a Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematics from Framingham State College.
